Fraud of the National Vaccination Injury Compensation Program

Information on how the National Vaccination Injury Compensation Program created through the National Childhood Injury Act of 1986 is a program designed to protect vaccine makers at the expense of the American consumer. I will also detail why if you get injured through vaccines today, chances of you getting any damages awarded are low.

The vaccine court awards damages out of the excise tax imposed on the vaccine.  The vaccine consumers  actually pay the damages NOT the vaccine manufactures.
